Staffing means DB Partner employs the workers directly — we handle contracts, payroll, insurance, and follow-up — and assign them to work at your company’s site.
Recruitment means we find and hire candidates who become your employees directly. Both services are customized to match your needs for quality, reliability, and long-term success.

How do you ensure the workers are qualified and reliable?

We carefully screen all candidates through interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments. Many of our employees return each season, so we know their performance and reliability. Every worker receives clear information and onboarding before starting, ensuring they’re fully prepared for your factory’s standards.

How quickly can you deliver staff?

We maintain a strong international candidate network, which allows us to respond fast — often within a week for common roles. For larger seasonal projects, we plan together with clients in advance to guarantee continuous workforce availability throughout the season.

What types of workers can DB Partner provide through staffing?

We supply qualified and reliable staff for all key areas of production. Our teams include Processing Workers (filét and slakteri) skilled in filleting, trimming, packing, and quality routines; Forklift Operators experienced in safe handling of goods in cold storage and production environments; and Industrial Cleaners trained in hygiene standards essential for maintaining safe, compliant facilities.

We also provide line leaders, production assistants, and seasonal support teams depending on your operational needs. All workers are selected for skill, reliability, and readiness to integrate smoothly into your factory operations.

Does DB Partner also offer recruitment services?

Yes. In addition to staffing solutions, DB Partner has a dedicated recruitment division — AquacultureTalent — specializing in permanent and executive placements within the aquaculture, seafood, and related industries.

The AquacultureTalent team brings years of industry expertise and global reach, helping companies find qualified professionals for management, technical, and operational roles. Together, DB Partner and AquacultureTalent provide a complete workforce solution — from seasonal staffing to strategic recruitment.

Do you help with accommodation and logistics for workers?

Yes. DB Partner can assist with accommodation and/or work together with the client. We also assist with onboarding logistics, ensuring workers arrive on time, and ready to start. This reduces pressure on clients and ensures stability from day one.

How do you handle communication and follow-up?

Each client has a dedicated DB Partner advisor who remains in close contact before, during, and after placement. We regularly visit job sites to ensure satisfaction and support both the client and our employees.

What countries do you recruit from?

We recruit staff from Norway and Europe, focusing on regions known for experienced and motivated candidates — including Poland, Romania, Lithuania, and Spain. All workers meet Norwegian labor and documentation standards.

Are workers employed by DB Partner or the client?

In staffing solutions, DB Partner is the legal employer — we handle contracts, taxes, and HR administration. The client simply receives the workforce and focuses on production while we take care of all employment-related responsibilities.
